  • What is Smart Launder?

    SmartLaunder is the first Online Laundry Platform in Bangladesh. SmartLaunder has partnered up with the top laundry experts of the country and provides you with a FREE Pick-up and Delivery for your dirty laundry. With our Website, Mobile App or Hotline Number, you can just schedule an order and we will take it from there!

  • How does it work?

    Doing your laundry is now just a matter of few clicks:

    Schedule:
    You can schedule an order through the SmartLaunder Mobile App/Website or Hotline Number and our Team will be there to pick it up at your convenient time.

    Select Your Laundry Expert:
    SmartLaunder has partnered up with the Top Laundry experts of the country. You can choose which Laundry Expert you are willing to send your clothes to and we will do accordingly.

    Pick-Up:
    Once you confirm a pick-up time, our Team shows up promptly with laundry bags. We collect your belongings, answers any questions you may have about your order, and take any special requests. You can also view the status of your order in every step of the way through the SmartLaunder Mobile App or Website.

    Delivery:
    Once your laundry is cleaned and ready for delivery, our team will notify you via SMS and our Delivery Team will come to your doorsteps and deliver your cleaned laundry.

  • What types of laundry do you clean? What services do you offer?

    We provide solution to all sorts of laundry problems like dry cleaning, general laundry or pressing/ironing. Our Laundry experts provide a wide range of laundry services with expertise in different types of fabrics. We take notes of any special request and pass it to the experts. Apart from your clothes, we also provide a wide range of commercial cleaning and household items i.e. blanket, curtains cleaning. Please see the list of our partners to know more. Along with your daily laundry service, we also provide a commercial and corporate cleaning service.

  • How do I schedule a pick up? When do you pick up my laundry?

    You can schedule a pick-up through our website or Mobile Application, You can also call our hotline number to schedule a pick-up. You have to select a 60 - 120 minutes slot for the next day or at your convenient time and our team will be there. You can also request a “Priority Pick-up” for urgent cases, and our team will pick it up within the next 60 minutes or less.

  • How long does it take? When is my laundry returned?

    Depends on the day and time of your pickup & required services. Typically, items are cleaned and ready for delivery within 72-96 hours; however, we'll tell you when your order is expected to be ready when you schedule your order. Once your laundry is cleaned and ready for delivery, our team will notify you via SMS and our Delivery Team will come to your doorsteps and deliver your cleaned laundry. For urgent requests, we deliver within a shorter time-frame with some additional cost.

  • What is your Business Hours?

    We are open for pickups and deliveries 7 days a week, including evenings! However, our hotlines are on from 10 AM to 8 PM every day.

  • How much does it cost? What are your prices?

    There is NO Additional Cost at SmartLaunder. When you reach the minimum order value; We provide you a FREE Pick-Up and Delivery. Our Prices are just as same as the Laundry Experts and are set by the Laundry Experts themselves. Please view our price list for more details.

  • How do I pay? What forms of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payment. You pay with cash once you receive your cleaned laundry. We will soon introduce other Payment Methods in our system.

  • What happens if I miss a Pickup/Delivery? Is there any penalty fee?

    To err is human, and thus we do not charge a “No-Show” fee for the first time. However, there is a storage fee for non-picked up laundry starting from the second month.

  • What if I'm missing an item of clothing from my returned order? What if my clothes are damaged?

    You can always contact our customer service for cases like this. With adequate proof, we would compensate for any damage or missing items. Please view our and the vendor’s Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs hand washed?

    We take notes of any special request. Our Team of Experts examines and decides which garments are delicate anyways.

  • What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

    Once we receive your laundry, our team thoroughly checks the pockets in case you left anything. Once we find anything left behind we instantly notify you and return it.
